Tower Staff Solutions is a privately owned company, founded by Dean Small, Managing Director, in 2005. After subsequent growth, Dean's partner Kayleigh Anderson, Accounts Manager, joined the team in 2009 to manage the accounts, payroll and invoicing. Laura Waters, Recruitment Consultant joined the team in early 2016 and manages the day to day driver requirements. Jo Wigfield also joined the team in early 2016 due to rapid growth, Jo assists Kayleigh in the accounts department.
